BGB deployed in Dhaka, Gazipur
Paramilitary Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) has been deployed in Dhaka
and Gazipur ahead of executing the death-row war crimes convict Mir
Quasem Ali.
Six platoons of BGB have been patrolling Dhaka since yesterday and Four platoons in Gazipur for the sake of law and order, Mohsin Reza, public relations officer of the BGB, told reporters on Saturday afternoon.
